老闆使用南部的紅土花生,嚴選顆粒大小,以燒木柴的方式炒花生,每次炒10斤,一炒就是20多年。炒好的花生外表看起來圓滑,吃起來則是香氣、脆度十足,很有媽媽的味道,叫人回味無窮。
