陳記柿餅傳承已三代，有百年以上的歷史，１９８６年榮獲行政院農委會食品加工科輔導在現址設立陳記柿餅加工站，引進新的加工設備，因而有全台農會觀摩活動，加上全程品管，使自產自銷的柿餅品質穩定，受到客人的肯定。
