本店為左營地區30多年老店，全系列產品皆為手工製作。
在物價、原物料飆漲的今時，我們仍然以最優惠的價格以及最好的品質將古早眷村的美味麵點呈現給各位消費者。本店使用的竹製蒸籠、老麵發酵法，雖然頗耗費工時以及材料成本，但30年來如一日，為的就是希望能夠讓大家能夠品嘗到在心裡的那一份美好回憶。
