從拔苗→栽種→採收，劉媽媽都親力親為，拔草、補苗也都不假手他人。
誰說只有大甲出好芋，苗栗公館也是檳榔心芋的大產地，甚至許多大盤商都是收購苗栗公館芋頭高掛『大甲芋』。
不要在迷思要吃大甲芋，因為多數出產苗栗公館，且質量與品質不輸 大甲芋。
