老闆楊先生退伍後，就留在南部學做蛋黃麵，楊老闆的師父就是在高雄相當著名的寶珠女士，學成後回到苗栗西勢美伯公廟旁開業，當時生意相當不錯，之後回到自己的故鄉頭屋開店，一直到今日，十多年來，都相當受在地人的喜愛。
