細說舞二，茗情醇厚，韻味飄香。種茶、焙茶、喝茶…每一步驟，黃崇敬先生都堅持著做好茶的唯一信念，專注於每一階段的用心與努力，在雙手撫摸著每一片茶葉的感覺都像是帶著茶葉手足舞蹈。從小和茶葉培養出來的感情就這樣日積月累的投入在這些茶葉中。 接觸茶的時間愈久，愈覺得茶是生活中不可或缺的要素。希望把愛茶的情愫透過簡單好記的表達分享給更多的朋友，所以，就以數字[52tea]來代表[我愛茶]。在唸台語的諧音為[ 有好茶] ，讓更多的朋友喝到更多好茶！

從1995年的特等獎開始就不斷地專注在焙茶的工夫技術上，秉持著做好茶的唯一信念，專注於焙製好茶的技藝及追求更好的茶品質，對於茶的專一堅持，保持著始終如一。

於是-與茶共「舞」、專一無「二」的【舞二茗茶】-就這樣產生。

自1995年起至今每年均榮獲臺灣各項比賽茶頭等以上獎項
