"大信"是澎湖加工小卷絲(透抽)、魷魚創始發明店，於民國80年由王溫棟(民國20年次)和兒子王政宏(民國46年次)即是現在的老闆白手起家發明小卷絲，獨特的味道至今仍有許多老客戶指定買大信小卷絲，本店亦有販售大支透抽乾、魷魚絲、花生酥、鮪魚糖、海苔酥等等的多樣乾製海鮮特產。
