小外省麵食館 公休日▪️每週二（連假則不休）

位在台中圓滿劇場旁、惠文路上的【小外省麵食館】，以眷村手藝麵食，三代傳承，道地的滋味，廣受顧客們的好評推薦。外省第二代的老闆，隨著在市場擺攤的父親，不僅協助幫忙外，更從中學習手藝，後來遷住台中，並從黃昏市場的滷味起家，10年後開店，迄今至現在又8年多，特地選用天然食材、蔬果熬煮湯頭，其中，正宗岡山豆瓣醬風味的外省風味牛肉麵，道地的外省手藝讓人一吃就想念。
