割包（中式英語：Steamed sandwich，白話字：Koah-pau），為一種將福州湯包改良成乾式的臺灣小吃。日常慣以臺灣閩南話將「割」讀作「ㄍㄨㄚˋ」，又轉寫成刈包或掛包。割包以長橢圓扁形麵皮，對摺起來包覆餡料的食物。因為其形狀及內餡似老虎的嘴，所以在台灣亦被稱作虎咬豬，其吃法如同漢堡般，故有「台式漢堡」之名。

本店為增加其口感又不失傳統的美味，內餡雖為傳統刈包之配料─豬肉、酸菜、花生粉、香菜等，但每一種配料都經過繁複的烹調過程，諸如五花肉的軟嫩入味、酸甜口感又不乾澀的酸菜、糖與花生粉的黃金比例等，本店亦有多樣口味：雞腿排、牛肉等，絕對顛覆您對刈包的傳統印象！
