碧綠健康園以『希望地球健康，人類健康的宗旨』而開設，最早因親人得癌症過世，並受李秋涼老師精神感召，得知很多疾病均由於平日食物攝取過多的油脂、毒素所造成，所以將原本葷食生意改成現在碧綠健康園有十四年的時間。
　饅頭、天然食品、具認證的天然蔬果，營養書刊營養諮詢。老闆娘李素賢具有食療師、催眠師等證照，也不遺餘力推廣生機飲食課程，設計菜單，在文山社區大學教授課程，希望大家在正確的飲食及生活習慣的調整當中獲得身心靈健康。
