Hi everyone 👋

I’m a local microgreens farmer based in Taichung, supplying fresh, living microgreens to home cooks, restaurants, and food businesses. I’ll be going on vacation starting next Thursday, and I currently have a beautiful batch of microgreens that I’d really love to see used and enjoyed, not wasted 🌱

Available varieties include nutrient-dense, freshly harvested microgreens that are perfect for salads, sandwiches, bowls, hot pot, and restaurant plating. Everything is grown locally, clean, and harvested at peak freshness.

Visiting Toronto’s Biggest Microgreens Farm

Two weeks ago I landed in Toronto in what would be a whirlwind 10 days packed full of activities ranging from a marathon run to visiting friends and family to working in the indoor microgreens farm for a day. As a microgreens farmer myself in , I wanted to take this opportunity to freshen up on my current growing practices and even learn some new tricks of the trade while volunteering for the day.

Don’t ever let the idea of volunteering for NO PAY get in the way of the opportunities that can come from working alongside excellent team members in a similar environment to your own. What I learned and took part in will pay off for years to come.

From auto harvesters (a must!) to auto soil tray filling (sorry .dancertw , but you may be out of a job!!) to auto seeders, this farm is the real deal. And how they plant their Amaranth and Cilantro in the pursuit of perfection has already reaped benefits right here at Co-X Green Works.

It may be odd saying this, but : thank YOU for letting me play a role in your harvest and packing day. You allowing ME to come out for the day will be remembered for a lifetime. Your facility, your team and your environment is awesome. You’ve got a great thing going and I wish you all the very best for many micro centuries to come!
