金記肉鬆行於1980年在霧峰第一公有市場內開業，創業之初僅是一間小攤位，
販賣的商品以豬肉製品為主，老闆夫婦經過十年的努力，從小攤位變成現在
能有自己的店面，販賣的商品，從原有的豬肉製品外，還增加了魷魚絲、
旗魚鬆、各式糖果餅乾、年節祭祀用食品等等，變成多角化的經營模式。
