醋町，流連忘返的真本事。

大越在台中已有好長一段時間，
長到，在台中的吃食店家，只要提到醋，就會有一種無聲的默契。

我們想要以最貼近生活的方式向你們訴說，
大越和中區多年來的情感。

從家裡的飯桌到店裡的餐桌，
我們發現一股特殊的連結：
這些店家對於「食」都有一股狂熱與堅持。
「能用最好的，為什麼不用呢？」

因為這樣與大越不謀而合的想法，
使他們找到彼此，形成一個新的聚落
我們叫他------醋町

我們與台中在地店家配合，進行一連串的台中中區走訪與調查，希望找到新時代與舊時代一個最美好的融合。
