佳味城-油雞 來自於中國廣西祖傳祕方的油雞，堅持純中藥熬煮，絕無添加任何化學加工?

佳味城油雞最早期在民國75年初於台南市中西區成功路上的鴨母寮菜市場攤位販售，當初師傅的理念就是秉持著好吃與健康的做法下去做，味道上和外面一般的油雞有所不同，所以深受一些老饕客的喜愛，一直到民國97年師傅年紀大了身體無法負荷，才決定淡出菜市場，由於油雞的味道實在是讓許多老饕無法忘懷，所以師傅決定將這祖傳的祕方傳授下一代，來為各位老饕服務，好讓這味道可以繼續延續下去...
