這是鹽水第一家的肉粽店。阿婆看到那些深夜仍為工作忙碌未能返家的辛苦人，
想著有什麼東西是止飢又平價可以給這些出外人溫飽的宵夜，
就這樣阿婆的肉粽20年來不知填飽了多少夜歸人的肚子，也溫暖了他們飽經風霜的心。

阿婆仍在包粽子，兒子媳婦也加入了包粽子的行列，堅持按照媽媽傳統的方法，用柴火炊煮出
米香與肉香，20年後的今天，這樣富含濃濃古早味的肉粽仍深受鹽水人的喜愛，
第二代的傳承更為這家在地美食添賦新元素，除了肉粽的古早美味，也增加了現代人喜愛又懷念的
傳統小吃與創意料理，希望秉持用好心做好菜的信念，延續著媽媽的愛心與堅持，
讓這份令人懷念的好滋味一直在鹽水飄送，飄進每位鹽水人的回憶裡……
The rice dumpling business was started by an old lady from Yanshui District to sell affordable late-night snacks to people working late. When her son took over such a heart-warming business, she insisted on continuing the firewood-cooking method, just as the founder used, to preserve the nostalgic aroma, whils adding some memorable traditional snacks as well as creative dishes to the menu.
