主廚8年前是個當10年幾上班族的OL，
後來狠心把工作辭了，到英國拿企管碩士，再到法國藍帶學法式甜點。
回台後經營近6年法式甜點小生意，大多是工作室，也開過一年甜點店。
2020年，結束了專職的甜點人生，再次回到上班族身份。
現在，有空閒時還是喜歡做做甜點。
通常週六下午2點，約松山捷運站1號出口面交很可以。
品項的話很隨性，但大概一週只做一種。
