食谱-Rainee Law

★ ＃客家南乳炸肉 ★

材料:
花肉 500g （去皮，切成适当大小的厚肉片）
玉米粉 1汤匙

南乳腌料: 混合均匀，备用。
姜汁 （姜一小块，切丝加少许水，搓揉至出味，去掉渣，保留姜汁）
蒜泥 1瓣
南乳 2块，加南乳汁
蚝油 半汤匙
五香粉 1茶匙
糖 半汤匙
胡椒粉 半茶匙
绍兴酒 1汤匙

炸粉: 混合均匀，备用。
粘米粉 2汤匙
玉米粉 4汤匙

1. 花肉加入南乳腌料，混合均匀，再加入玉米粉，混合抓均匀，
室温腌制至少2-4小时，或隔夜更佳。
2. 起锅烧热适量油，把肉沾上炸粉，薄薄的一层，即可，待油温六成热，
放入肉，炸至暗红色，即可，起锅，切片，摆盘。
