葳格主廚Echo從小學起就開始做蛋糕, 從此就常常帶著自己的實驗品到學校或公司給同學或同事分享, 越做越有心得, 漸漸有朋友開始訂購, 還介紹咖啡館來訂購甜點, Echo做的甜點竟然還上過Fedex的機師餐, 台北知名連鎖糕餅店的合作, 為咖啡館設計的甜點還榮登暢銷排行榜!
2010年 Echo 赴法國藍帶學校曼谷分校, 學習正統甜點, 學成之後在法國名店Lenotre 中央廚房實習. 2010年底返台繼續研發新的甜點, 用最好的材料, 結合法式的手法和美式的趣味, 做出台灣人最愛的全新口味, 紮實又不甜膩.
