保存期限：常溫未開封可放半個月；開封後常溫可放七天，七天後冷藏可放十五天。（開封後需密封避免肉鬆受潮）
食用方法：可作為壽司、三明治餡料，或稀飯配菜，也可視為零嘴食用。因為炒至香酥，輕捏即可揉碎，牙齒不便的老人家或是幼童也可適量食用。
重量：１５０ｇ／包。
售價：１００元(原味)、１２０元（海苔)。
