感謝"初.蔬食"友情幫忙製作宣傳小影片~~分享給大家喔^^

好蔬市終於在11/20正式開幕啦~~開幕後才開始寫第一篇文章,夠低調了吧:)

好蔬市提供素食者多一個外食選擇與採購空間，但更多是希望將植物性飲食推廣給葷食者, 讓飲食多一個美味又健康的選擇. 我們的飯是使用日本大麥+白米 1:2 混合, 我們的麵是使用完全沒有白麵粉(精緻澱粉)的燕豆麵,兩者都是減醣的理念,降低外食者攝取過多的精緻澱粉. 從試營運到現在雖然才50天,但聽到幾組客人分享,本來一個家庭裡只有一個人吃素,因為好蔬市的口味有別於傳統素食而願意一起享用蔬食, 真的讓廚師有滿滿的成就感喔.

結論最重要~~就是希望大家繼續支持我們啦~~哈哈哈^^
