今年因氣候穩定，加上產區清園復耕有成，花蓮大西瓜比往年提早半個月開採。玉里率先登場，每顆至少25台斤起跳，甜度可達13～14度，收成率上看9成，被看好是近年品質最好的一季。
西瓜除了吃起來甜口清爽以外，還可以補充大量的維生素A和C！
不過在吃西瓜上也有5個禁忌需要注意，糖尿病與洗腎患者都必須注意攝取量。 👇
