浙江俞記創立於2008年，總店位於高雄市左營區華夏路。承襲大陸江浙嘉興陸師傅製作的手工小籠湯包，由湯包內餡改良的手工水餃亦受熱烈迴響，紅燒牛肉麵、拆骨羊肉麵更是老饕必嚐的俞記麵食之作。
