許師傅出身於世代種茶的家庭,國中畢業後到製麵廠拜師學藝,幾年後返鄉創立「石碇許家手工麵線」。1996年,他在自家旁拉出第一束麵線。經歷一次腳傷後,他更加重視手工麵線的創新與傳承。
如今不僅堅持古法製作,還結合紅麴、綠茶,遊客可親自參與麵線拉製體驗,流水麵樂趣。石碇山上的手工麵線,已成為石碇的獨特記憶,吸引著每位來訪者。
