Fishes & Loaves Food Pantry of NOH Fishes & Loaves Food Pantry is a shared feeding ministry of Neighbors of Hope Adrian First United Methodist Church.

Our goal is to assist in the alleviation of hunger in Lenawee County. Fishes & Loaves Food Pantry, as a feeding ministry of Neighbors of Hope, opened its doors in May 2010. Fishes & Loaves goal is to assist in the alleviation of hunger in Lenawee County by soliciting, collecting, packaging and eventually growing food for distribution to those of most need in our community. Our services include a g

rocery style client choice format for monthly family distribution, emergency food program and a farming program that provides opportunities for our LifeChange Program residents to experience selfless servanthood, self-sufficiency activities and vocational responsibilities.

Next week starting July 14th we will start our Back to School sign ups. Last day to register will be August 6th.

Registration requirements:
Photo ID (driver's license or state ID), proof of household income (pay stub, tax return or benefit statement), for children ( School Reg, DHS Reg, or Doctors Immunization Record) and proof of residency (utility bill, DHS letter, lease agreement).

A Garden of Hope Takes Root! 👩‍🌾 With the guidance of Fishes & Loaves Food Pantry volunteer Janet S. and the helping hands of many dedicated volunteers, we are excited to announce the launch of our new Giving Garden!
More than just a garden, this special project is growing fresh, healthy food for local families while helping us fight food insecurity right here in our community. Every seed planted is a step toward nourishing our neighbors and cultivating hope.

💚 A Special Thank You to Our Partners:
🌼 Adrian First United Methodist Church Congregation for generously funding the raised garden beds and fencing that made this project possible.
🌿 Great Lakes Ace Hardware for donating a wonderful variety of plants and herbs that will help our garden flourish.

Together, we are doing more than growing vegetables—we are growing kindness, strengthening our community, and harvesting hope for our neighbors in need.

As more families across Lenawee County face food insecurity, Fishes & Loaves Food Pantry continues to respond with compassion—providing food, hope, and dignity to our neighbors in need.

Today, we would like to recognize our wonderful friends at West Rome Baptist Church, whose congregation faithfully supports our mission by hosting food collections twice each year. Thanks to their generosity, they donated an incredible 372 pounds of food to Fishes & Loaves Food Pantry last month!

✅ 372 pounds of food means more meals on family tables.
✅ More support for neighbors facing difficult times.
✅ More hope shared throughout our community.
