At Salt River Meat Co., we do things differently.
We keep all wild game completely separate and process each customer’s meat individually from start to finish.
That means your meat stays your meat — never mixed into a community batch with someone else’s harvest.
This is also why we have minimum batch sizes, especially for our amazing snack sticks and other specialty products. Every batch is made specifically from your meat, and we don’t combine small amounts from multiple customers just to meet production needs.
It takes more time, care, and attention to process meat this way — but we believe your harvest deserves nothing less.
