Grab your whole, 1/2, or 1/4 before they are gone. Plan ahead for summer parties or graduations that are coming up. Current price is $3.80 a pound hanging weight plus $.87 a pound processing.

I have one whole hog left going into Double D’s butcher in Aitkin on Tuesday the 13th. Roughly 300 pounds live $275 for a whole and you pay the processing of an average $1 on the hanging weight. Hanging weight should be about 230-240 pounds.
