Update:
Thank you all for your concerns about my business. It has been very rough on all of us to process and get the ball rolling on the rebuilding. It’s been almost 2 months since July 9th when I got the call at 3:40am that my business was on fire. A business that is now 4 generations in and where I have been working for the last 49 years of my life. If anyone has ever been through a fire you know the shock you have of losing everything, which we are slowly finding out is our reality with all of our equipment. It was our processing room that caught fire where everything is done to make product. I was told a minimum of 6-8 months of a rebuild. We are in the process of trying to rebuild! It will just take some time. Please be patient with me as I am slowly finding out information myself and not wanting to mislead anyone. I will update again whenever I have any information I can share. I hope everyone had a safe and fun Labor Day weekend. Thank you all for the support. -Roger

I just wanted to thank everyone for their kind words and offers the past few days. We are beyond blessed to have the support we do with all of you! I wish I was able to give everyone an update of when we will be open, but as of now there isnt one. We are very fortunate that the fire started before anyone arrived Wednesday morning. Thank you again for all your support, and to Paul Edwards for calling 911 Wednesday morning. As well as a huge thank you to Springfield, Lakemore, Suffield, and Uniontown fire departments for showing up to put out the fire. -Roger Pressler
