We are incredibly honored, and truly humbled, to share that Royal Riverside Farm has been named the 2026 Winner of the Oregon Dairy Industries Fresh Milk Award!

This recognition means so much to our little family. It represents the early mornings, the late nights, and the countless hours spent caring for our herd of beautiful brown cows, who are truly at the heart of everything we do. This award is also a reflection of the dedication, passion, and pride that goes into producing every bottle of farm-fresh milk.

We are deeply grateful…for this honor, for our community, and for the opportunity to do the work we love every single day. Thank you for supporting local dairy and for being part of our journey.

We usually try to stay in our own lane around here and not stir up too much debate… but moments like this feel worth talking about. 💭

With the recent news of a raw dairy producer recalling cheese during an E. coli outbreak investigation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, it hits close to home as dairy farmers and as people who care deeply about the families we serve.

The truth is, raw milk can carry harmful bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria….things you can’t see, smell, or taste. And even with the best intentions and management, those risks can’t be fully eliminated without pasteurization. For some, especially young kids, pregnant women, older adults, or anyone with a weakened immune system, the consequences can be life threatening.

That reality is exactly why, at Royal Riverside Farm, we’ve made the intentional choice to low-temperature pasteurize our milk. It’s a gentle process that protects what matters: the natural flavor, the cream top, and the nutritional integrity, while removing the risks that come with raw milk. Simply put, it’s the same wholesome milk, just handled in a way that puts safety first.

This isn’t about criticism or fear - It is about care. It’s about doing right by the people who trust us to feed their families. And it’s about sharing honest information so others can make informed choices, too.

The long days, early mornings, and late nights are all worth it because we believe deeply in what we do.

This little Christmas miracle stole our hearts the moment she was born on Christmas Day! Born into a loving tribe, shes been showered with love and adoration from day one.
