Albany Farmers' Market

Albany Farmers' Market Buy locally grown & farm direct products in Albany's historic downtown. But we are now phasing out that page. Look here for Albany Farmers' Market.

The Albany Farmers' Market is thought to be the oldest continuously operating open-air farmers' market in Oregon. It began on the riverfront and moved in 2007 to its current location in the City Hall parking lot and the adjoining courthouse block. Our main FaceBook presence originally was https://www.facebook.com/Corvallis.Albany.Farmers.Markets. We also have a page for the Corvallis Farmers' Market.

💙 💛 Last week I attended the National FFA Convention with our oldest two. We also toured two dairies, the Case IH distribution center and stopped at "Plow Day" 🚜 on the back roads of Indianapolis. I'm so grateful for the time spent with this group! Future Farmers of America!

We are hearing from folks who would like to make donations to provide food support for those in our communities affected by the SNAP funding disruption.

CAFM greatly appreciates the leadership of Farmers Market Fund, which quickly crafted a Double Up Food Bucks response for participating markets around Oregon.

We’re aiming to add a local layer of help starting on Saturday Nov. 8.

One hundred percent of donations made to the local non-profit Fresh & Local, First* will go toward funding Corvallis-Albany Farmers’ Markets’ new Community Bucks currency.

We will convert these donations into Community Bucks currency to be distributed to farmers’ market customers who also receive Double Up Food Bucks.

Community Bucks will fill gaps in the types of products customers can buy (think meat, poultry, baked goods, dairy, eggs and honey) and also ensure that most farmers’ market vendors will be supported by those purchases.

Donations will help feed our communities while supporting local food producers — your dollars will have twice the impact!

All donations are tax deductible.

👉🏼Balances on SNAP cards remain valid.

👉🏼Market staff is happy to answer questions.
