The crumb reveal is always my favorite part.
This loaf definitely has my heart. The addition of the olive oil and honey brings such a complex flavor mixed with the taste of the grains.
I would love to try new flour variations, fresh milled again.
Sourdough is a whole world of learning, we never stop.
