There are 2 varieties of bi-color sweet corn on the red truck today, the super sweet Cosmic and Premus. This is your last chance to get Cosmic. Today we have a late start with hours from 11-6 pm.

We might bring more Premus on Saturday depending on how much there is to pick. Located by Ace Hardware in Albert Lea. A big thank you to Ace Hardware for being so wonderful to us this season.

Richard Bias will sell at the Wells Farmer's Market Weds 4-6 pm and Sat. 9-noon. Those should be his last selling days. You can call the farm at 507-553-6181 to see if he has any corn left after Saturday.

There are 2 varieties of bi-color sweet corn on the red truck today, Allure and Premus from our last planting. Both are great for eating and freezing. We are located by Ace Hardware in Albert Lea. My aunt and uncle, Teresa and Bud will be in charge of the truck the next 3 days, as I had to get back to my regular job as a teacher.

I have 4 varieties of sweet corn on the red truck today (Sunday). Pictured are the Cosmic ears we ate for supper. This was delicious! I ate 3 ears. This is a super sweet variety. I also have 2 other super sweets, Rosie and Octane. The other variety is Premus from our last planting. This is great for eating and freezing. Located by Ace Hardware in Albert Lea. My hours today will be 10-3 pm. If you have a certain variety you want, please let me know. My default today will be Octane, since I have the most of this one.

Our sweet corn season is winding down. We will for sure be in Albert Lea with corn Monday-Wednesday this week. Then we might come Friday and Saturday or maybe just Saturday. Thank you for enjoying delicious sweet corn with us.

Today I've got 2 super sweet varieties on the red truck at Ace hardware in Albert Lea. Cosmic and Octane. Cosmic has been on the truck the past 2 days and today is your last chance to get some of this delicious variety of sweet corn. My uncle says it's his favorite and that's high praise. For freezing corn I have Cappuccino and Ambrosia. Special today, when buying 4 or more dozen, $7 a dozen.

Richard Bias will be selling at the Farmer's Market in Wells. He has the 2 super sweet varieties. This is the first chance for Wells residents to get Cosmic sweet corn. You need to try it!

The sweet corn truck is ready and set up in front of Ace hardware in Albert Lea. Today our varieties include Ambrosia and Cosmic (pictured below). This may be the last day we sell Ambrosia, so get it while you can. Cosmic is our new super sweet with great kernel size and amazing flavor!

Rosie, Ambrosia and Cosmic. Rosie and Cosmic are our super sweets, with Cosmic being a new variety this year. I had this one for super last night and really enjoyed it. The Ambrosia is perfect for freezing and eating. Can't wait to see you at Ace Hardware!
