Wagyu Shoulder Roast Recipe

Ingredients
Wagyu Shoulder Roast
2 Large Onions
Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper
2 cups of Pinot Noir
Bay Leaves

Instructions
-Preheat lightly greased skillet with desired oils (oil, butter, tallow, etc.
-Sear all sides of roast. Season with rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper
-In slow cooker place 2 large onions sliced approximately 3 quarters of inch thick at the bottom of slow cooker
-Pour in 2 cups of Pinot Noir around the onions and add a few bay leaves
-Move roast from skillet and place into slow cooker
-Add a cup of water into the skillet and simmer. About 2 minutes
-Pour water/flavors from skillet into the slow cooker
-Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
-Serve and enjoy
