Responsibilities include:
• Leading and supervising deli employees
• Scheduling and training team members
• Maintaining excellent food quality and presentation
• Managing inventory, ordering, and product availability
• Controlling waste and maintaining proper food costs
• Ensuring food-safety and sanitation standards are followed
• Providing friendly, dependable customer service
• Keeping the deli clean, organized, stocked, and ready for business

• A strong leader and team player
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-service focused
• Experienced in deli, restaurant, food service, or retail management preferred
