It is with mixed emotions that we will be closing the doors to Noonday at the end of this week.
This was a heavy decision. Thinner-than-ever margins, changing customer patterns, fewer people coming through the door, and our own shift in priorities, have all contributed to this decision.
This community has felt like a warm embrace. We have truly loved getting to know the people who have walked through our doors—the everyday customers, the families, and especially the community of farmers and makers who have been at the heart of this place. We have so much gratitude for every conversation, every visit, and all of the support you’ve shown us.
I especially want to thank our staff and the incredible support system around us who helped make Noonday the friendliest corner store. We truly couldn’t have been luckier to have these people by our side 🫶🏼
Over the next few days, we’ll be winding down and offering sales on inventory. We’d love to see you and say thank you in person.
