We’re so excited to introduce Samuel Etherton, LMT, to Healthy Heart Healthy Pleasures here in Alliance. 💙

Sam specializes in massage therapy focused on pain relief, improving mobility, and working through those everyday problem areas that hold your body back. He creates a calm, clinical style environment where every session is personalized with the right pressure, clear communication, and a results driven approach 💆‍♂️

With over 800 hours of hands-on training from Stark State College and licensure through the State Medical Board of Ohio, Sam brings both knowledge and care to every appointment. His background as an athlete and coach, along with his own recovery from major knee surgery, gives him a real understanding of what it takes to heal, move better, and feel your best. 💪

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or just want to move more freely, Sam is here to help you get back to doing what you love.

As the energy of spring moves into the warm days of early summer we are looking around our space at 2354 S Union Ave with a lot of gratitude. We are reminded of how blessed we are to be part of your wellness journey.

Whether you have been coming in since the doors first opened in 1996 or you are just finding us for the first time, we want to say welcome.

For those who are new or just need a reminder of what we do here we are more than just a health food store. We are a community.
