Just finished planting what I believe to be our second to last planting of the season. Which means in another week to 10 days we'll be unhooking the planter and going through the picker to change out the ol' Hydro's work clothes and turn it into a harvester.

Can't wait to see everyone again this year as the season ramps up!

It's not often we get to feel like a BTO (Big Time Operation). But today was a day where we were able to run 2 planters in the same field.

I was planting another patch of the sweetest corn in the county, and Dad had gotten started on our soybean crop. Just a slight technology gap between the two rigs 😂

A little later than normal but I'm pretty sure people were still having their gardens produce well into the season.

Today we got the plow hooked up and went and flipped one over already. Reach out and let us know if we can help you get your garden turned over for the winter. We also have a tiller for the folks who would rather have a shallower disturbance.

That's a wrap for this season!

We want to send out our appreciation to everyone who stopped by and got some of the sweetest corn in the county! We appreciate the support of everyone who has liked and shared posts of ours to help get the word out. We absolutely love everyone who stopped by and purchased corn or any of our other produce we had available. And I want to thank all of the folks who helped us keep the stand stocked.

This season is done for the year but we look forward to seeing everyone again next year!

We still have about 200 dozen of our sweet corn left that isn't spoken for. We would sure like to find a place for it so it doesn't end up going to waste.

Go ahead and reach out to us to place an order. Call, text, or messenger. Nothing to big or to small we will fill it all. We will be picking Thursday (8-7 if we have any orders) and Friday (8-8). To make sure it doesn't go to waste I'll discount any taken this week to $5 a dozen.

Any orders placed will need to be picked up at the stand or straight off the wagon if someone is willing to take a truck load.

Well there it is. The last load of Ambrosia sweet corn 🌽 headed down to Sedalia Area Farmers' Market for 2025. It was a great year this year seeing everyone and being involved with such a great group of people. From the guys and gals who organize the market and make sure we have what we need to the vendors who pour everything they have into their products, and most importantly to the loyal customers both new and old we want to thank you.

Last year was our first year attending this market and we were a little unsure of what to expect but everyone made us feel welcomed and appreciated and that was extended tenfold this year.

With all that being said we can't wait to see everyone this afternoon!
