As all of you are aware, we’ve been inactive on Facebook for over 2 years. But that doesn’t mean we haven’t been doing anything around the farm. We transitioned into raising red wiggler composting worm’s and producing worm castings. Scientific research shows that worm castings are loaded with beneficial plant bacteria and fungi. They add organic matter to the soil, improve the soil’s ability to hold water and help protect the plant from harmful diseases.

We will be at Golden Spread Farmers Market Tuesday, Aug. 17th at 7 AM. Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Squash, Salad Turnips with Greens and a small amount of Burpless Cucumbers and Zucchini. Please come early as we sell out quickly. 3701 Plains Blvd. in the old Sunset Center Parking lot.

We’re at farmers market this morning! We’re with Denise Brinkman who has potatoes, onions and squash along with our tomatoes burpless cucumbers and zucchini.
