$25-$99 a $10 delivery fee
$1-$24 a $15 delivery fee
26 - 60 miles away from American Fork:
$100+ is free
$25-$99 a $25 fee
The closer you are to American Fork the cheaper it is! For those willing to meet at either the American Fork DI or the American Fork WalMart there is no delivery charge, but there is a minimum order of $15 required.
