🥩 What to Make With This Cut: Chuck Stew Meat 🥩

If you want something other than stew, try this quick skillet dinner.

🌮 Easy Skillet Beef Taco Filling

You’ll need:
• Chuck stew meat (in our butcher case)
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1 cup beef broth or water

Heat oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat.
Add stew meat and brown on all sides.
Stir in taco seasoning and beef broth.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 45–60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender and shreddable.
Shred slightly with a fork and let the liquid reduce.

Serve it in:
Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, or over rice.
