A story of friends that not only wanted chicken that was actually safe to eat, but they wanted to be part of the larger movement.

One of the things I love about supplying food as medicine to people is that they are GENUINELY excited about it. Since day one that the first chicken was picked up from the first batch, I have been receiving pics from customers on how they love to cook them.
And I’ve learned a lot, too, about different ways to cook these chickens. And here’s a super cool one, the spatchcock! Look it up, it’s pretty cool.
Our last two batches for the season are on sale now, and filling up! Contact me if you’d like to make a reservation for Aug 15-16 or Sept 5-7.
