Happy National Mushroom Month! 🍄

September is officially here, and we are ready to celebrate all things fungi at Amherst Mushroom Company.

Mushrooms are not just a delicious ingredient, they are also a fantastic nutritional addition to any meal. We enjoy mushrooms more than one month out of the year, but we like the attention. 😇

Our mushrooms are grown indoors, but share and tag us in the ones you find outdoors this month. But remember the old saying:
