Huge thank you to Proctor Academy for hiring JJ's Market to provide for their Employee Appreciation BBQ Lunch. Tim did an amazing job smoking brisket, pulled pork and turkey breast. We also made potato salad, coleslaw, garden salad and cornbread. A huge feast for a well deserved group of people.

We are very excited about a new item in our meat department! House-made Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage Links. These sausages are fully cooked and cured in house over a 3 day period. Simply throw them on your grill or smoker for a short time to reheat and enjoy! Keep an eye out for more traditional and creative flavors soon to come!
