Happy New Year and cheers to a prosperous 2025 to everyone!! We are so grateful for our local foodies and food community from the farmers to the chefs and the patrons that make this circular hyperlocal food system come together each week. We did some amazing things in 2024 working on the farms, with the chefs in their kitchens and with the business in general. None of this would have ever been possible without the support of our community. This year we spread out over 100k back into our community, moved the business to joined the Sustainable Food Business Coalition, multiple interviews with magazines and a NPR Stateside radio session. This project is not about me or my family, it’s about doing the right thing and sourcing local food from regenerative farms and also doubling down on farm to table food, trapping finances in our local circular economy and more importantly offering a space for education through our informative newsletters about the people that bring all this clean, healthy food to our tables. We have many goals for 2025, many more stories to tell about the farms and the chefs we continue to meet and feature and a serious target to try and eliminate one time use plastic and much much more do the right things coming in 2025.
