Spinach pie amazingness!! Yum!! I also added some Sicilian Lemon Balsamic from Fustini's Oils & Vinegars. Cheeses used were parm, mozz, white cheddar, and feta. So yummy!!! Buttered each sheet of phyllo and baked at 375 for nearly at hour, probably could’ve cooked it a little longer even but was still nearly perfect. Not bad for my first time!

With my long day I was able to drop 3 pies at 2 differant fire departments to thank them for all they do too. Thankfully I had a secret pie person to hook me up.

I can be judged for many things, but not this midnight snack!! Guilty pleasure! Add shredded cheese, red pepper flakes, dill and then proceed to crisp the heck out of it!!! Slice into adorable little triangles, makes it taste extra delicious!
