Calling all gardeners!
As your gardens begin to take off this summer, don’t forget that the Anne Arundel County Food Bank will take your extra produce and distribute it throughout our County to food-insecure families.

How to donate:
Drop off your extra produce to the Anne Arundel County Food Bank at 120 Marbury Drive in Crownsville (Monday - Friday, 9am -3pm). Once you turn onto Marbury Drive, please continue straight through the stop sign. Pass the first loading dock and pull up to the second loading dock (the sign says Dock #1) at the end of the building. Enter the building on your right and ring the bell. Someone will be there to get your veggies and put them straight into the refrigerator. Receipts are available upon request!

Please note: we cannot accept tomatoes that are split open, and please do not put fresh produce in the outside bins (bring it inside).

Anyone with any swaps this weekend?

This page was created to help connect local gardeners. I feel like their are more people out there like me. I have a stellar tomato harvest and can’t seem to grow a single cucumber. My idea is to connect gardeners together to swap produce and supplies they have an abundance of for produce / supplies they are in need of. Working together we’ll limit waste and help each other.

When posting your abundance please note if it’s grown conventionally or organically.

Together we can fill our tables
