What A Jerk

What A Jerk I've been making jerky for more than 25 years. I remember eating jerky with my dad watching the Baltimore Colts playing football.

I've tried to recreate how great that jerky was when I was a kid. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I enjoy making it.

After 15+ years my old dehydrator bit the dust. The thermostat failed on an overnight “cook”. I woke up to a full batch that burned. 😡
I certainly got my $800 worth of use out of it.
So out with the old and in with the new.
