Check out the Antonito Farmers & Community Market featured in the latest edition of the The Crestone Eagle!

“The Antonito Farmers and Community Market returns on May 16, running Saturdays from 9 a.m.–3 p.m. at the 1911 Steam Train Hotel on 4th Street. The free market welcomes a wide range of products, including produce, baked goods, crafts, plants, rummage sales and more.”

We’re excited to continue building a space for local vendors, growers, artists, bakers, nonprofits, and community members to come together in Antonito. Thank you to everyone who has supported the market so far by vending, shopping, sharing posts, or simply stopping by.

Come support local and see what new vendors and treasures show up each week!

Tomorrow is Market Day in Antonito! 🌱🛍️

Come out to the Antonito Farmers & Community Market tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the 1911 Steam Train Hotel parking lot on Main Street. Shop local produce, baked goods, handmade items, plants, crafts, and more while supporting small businesses and local vendors from around the San Luis Valley.

You never know what treasures or fresh goodies will show up each week. Bring a friend, stop by, and say hi! Vendors set up starting at 8 a.m.

Interested in becoming a vendor? We still welcome local vendors, growers, makers, nonprofits, and community groups.

Follow the page for weekly updates, vendor spotlights, and market news. What are you hoping to find at the market tomorrow?

I'll be making more of these over the week since I sold out of them last weekend.

The first Antonito Farmers & Community Market was a great start to the season! We had 10 vendors and a Master Gardner from CSU Extension join us this weekend, and honestly, for technically still being preseason before Memorial Day tourist traffic really kicks in, I feel really good about how it went. We got a lot of the little kinks worked out, have so many good ideas moving forward, and even have a few volunteers stepping up to help run the market this year.

The market will continue every Saturday (weather permitting).
Vendor setup starts at 8 AM
Market hours are 9 AM–3 PM

One thing I want everyone to know is that many of our vendors rotate locations throughout the San Luis Valley, so not every vendor will be at the market every single week. Time permitting, I’ll try to post weekly vendor lineups on Facebook so everyone knows who’s coming. You can also always feel free to reach out to me directly.

If you’re interested in vending, text Tegan Welsch-Rainek at 719-298-8908 or send me a message on Facebook.

I’m really excited for this season and grateful for everyone who came out and supported the first market of the year. 🌱
