🧀 Vendor Spotlight: Kickaas Cheese 🧀

For the past five years, Kickaas Cheese has been bringing artisan cheese to the Appleton Farm Market and celebrating Wisconsin’s rich cheese-making tradition!

Their must-try product is the layered triple-cream brie, made even more special with apricot marmalade and toasted almonds.

One of their favorite Farm Market memories is a young customer choosing their cheese for a special dinner with his father after years apart, a powerful reminder of how food can bring people together. ❤️
