Sweet Ideas Jessica Anderson I'm Jessica and out of Pamlico County. I recently got into cake making this past year and always looking for new ideas and challenges.

I work full time and enjoy making cakes on the weekend. My cakes range from as little as $40 and up. Most of my cakes take at least 4 hours, some up to 2 days so far. It's very time consuming. There's alsoa 25 cent charge per mile to deliver. My cakes are covered with fondant, that's what gives that clean, satin finish look. I do not use that bitter, premade stuff. Mine is all homemade with marshm

allows. Everything used on my cakes is edible. I some times use rice krispies to make figures on my cakes then cover in chocolate. You can read my photos and see what each cake is made of. I do need at least a week in advance noticed on cakes.

Due to baseball and tball schedules, I will be unable to take cake orders until June. It saddens me, but working 5 days a week and having over 7 practices a week/weekend plus upcoming games....I can only do so much. I hope everyone understands
