Wow! We’ve got the best customers! We are down to just a couple packages of sausage, and out of chops and roasts. We still have some ham steaks, and a couple pork steaks. There’s still plenty of ground pork. If you missed out, never fear. We’ve got 2 scheduled for freezer camp on Feb. 26 with pickup on March 8 so there will be plenty for spring grilling season! If you would like to place a reservation ahead of time just let me know and I’ll add you to the list.

Our beef supplier has a half of beef available. This is locally born, raised, and harvested, no added hormones or antibiotics! 100% a product of Crawford County KS. This will be approximately 260 pounds and will include 3/4” T-bones and sirloins, club steaks, about 12 2-4 pound roasts, tenderized round steaks, stew meat, brisket, and around 60 pounds of ground beef in 1 pound packs. $1800 for all which includes processing. This was a custom order which the buyer backed out of so there is no option of changing cuts. I can guarantee this is great tasting beef because I’ve got a quarter of it in my freezer! This is a great value at around $7/pound. Better price and far better taste than you can find in town. Send me a message and I will give you his contact information.
